Off the start, I'm really happy to see Ambler offering a line of women's toques - I have a small head, and this is a great fit! The wool is so soft and cozy, and the fleece band inside offers some welcome wind resistance and additional warmth for the ears. My only gripe is that I wish the fleece came a bit closer to the edge of the toque, as my ears sit pretty low on my head and aren't quite covered when I'm out shoveling snow, snurfing, or snowshoeing. I will also say that the one I got from MEC seems to be the "heather silver" colourway, but the actual colours of the design on the hat are more of an olive green, rust and white on a grey background than the forest green, pink, and pale green shown. I'm not upset (I only looked this up online after I bought it in store), but something to be aware of.
