HOW DO I BECOME A RETAILER?

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM HEADWEAR?

Yes we do! We make all of our custom hats & toques here in Canada.

We have a wide variety of options to choose from.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR PLACING A CUSTOM ORDER?

The first step is to fill out the contact form on either the custom hat & custom toque page. Please tell us as much as you can about what you are envisioning.

Once we hear from you, our team will follow up to get an idea of what you're looking for: what colours you're thinking and how you'd like to customise your custom headwear. We'll create mockups of what your hats or toques will look like, you'll review them, we'll make any tweaks, and then we'll place the order. Your order will arrive on your doorstep in a matter of weeks.

DO YOU SHIP CUSTOM HATS OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

Yes! We have lots of happy customers in the US that we've created custom hats with. Hats made in Canada qualify for duty free shipping too!

CAN I GET HELP WITH MY CUSTOM DESIGN?

Of course! We'll work together with you to help you choose the right colour, design and label options for your custom hats. We handle your logo placements and creating your custom labels.

We will also provide you with digital mockups of your custom hat designs so that you can see what your hats will look like before placing your order.

If you need help with graphic design to create new artwork for your hats, we'd be happy to help you with that too. Hourly artwork fees will be quoted if you need our assistance with this.
