We have been making handmade toques in Nepal since 2003. The handmade journey from raw wool to finished product relies on hundreds of people along the supply chain; spinning & dyeing yarn, knitting, felting, sewing, packaging and many other supporting roles. We have been working with the same production partners in Nepal since we started and we are very grateful for their commitment to their staff, contractors and local economy.
By producing the yarn, tags, labels and even the cardboard boxes in Nepal we can contribute more of our production dollars to the local economy there. We believe that the best way to improve the living conditions and lives of the people within the developing world is through fair trade.
When you choose to buy one of our handmade products you are directly contributing to improve the lives of the people we work with in Nepal. Thank you for joining us on the handmade journey and making a difference.
We appreciate you stopping by to see what we're up to. If you'd like to get in touch please drop us a line here.
