If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the product doesn't fit as expected, we will be happy to either provide you with store credit or a full refund. In order to process a return, all products need to be in the same condition that you received them in with all tags still attached.

Returns need to be initiated within 30 days of the day you received the order. 

To initiate a return, please email with your order number and reason for your return. We will provide you with an RA number and shipping address to send the item(s) to. We do not offer free return shipping so you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us for refund.

No, we do not offer free shipping on returns & exchanges. We know that this is a common service offered by many large online retailers. Unfortunately, we are not a large online retailer who can afford to pay for the cost of return shipping.

We will do our best to repair any Ambler product back to good working condition. If a product has worn out due to wear & tear over time we will repair it for you. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for repairs. Send us an email with photos to get a repair started:

Why yes, yes it is true. If your Ambler product has broken or worn out faster than you expected it to due to a manufacturing flaw or defect we will repair or replace it for you. The best thing to do is to send us photos of the product for us to review and get back to you with a plan;

You're not alone! We're not sure why, but dogs love our hats. We're happy to help you out in getting this repaired or replaced. Please send in a photo of the damaged hat and a photo of the guilty dog to
