If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the product doesn't fit as expected, we will be happy to either provide you with store credit or a full refund. In order to process a return, all products need to be in the same condition that you received them in with all tags still attached.
Returns need to be initiated within 30 days of the day you received the order.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for your return. We will provide you with an RA number and shipping address to send the item(s) to. We do not offer free return shipping so you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us for refund.
No, we do not offer free shipping on returns & exchanges. We know that this is a common service offered by many large online retailers. Unfortunately, we are not a large online retailer who can afford to pay for the cost of return shipping.

In a perfect world we would be able to repair every product to keep it lasting as long as possible. Unfortunately, there are costs involved with transporting products back and forth between customers and repair centers which limit our ability to repair every hat. Often times it costs 2x more to ship a product back and forth than it does to buy the product new.

If your hat was damaged due to normal wear and tear and you'd like to keep it going with some repairs we can definitely help you out. Hats & Toques
If your Ambler hat or toque has broken or worn out faster than you expected due to a manufacturing flaw or defect we will replace it for you.
Ambler slippers have a no questions asked one year warranty for any defects. Slippers older than one year will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Due to the fact that most people wear their Ambler slippers every day there will be normal wear and tear that is unavoidable. Our slippers are made with natural products that will eventually wear out. If you feel that your slippers have worn out faster than they should have due to a manufacturing defect please let us know.
You're not alone! We're not sure why, but dogs love our hats. We're happy to help you out in getting this repaired or replaced. Please send in a photo of the damaged hat and a photo of the guilty dog to email@example.com
