We aim to ship out orders within 2 business days of receiving the order. All of our orders ship out of Delta, BC via common courier such as Canada Post, UPS or FedEx. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and revised shipping address. We will do our best to change the address before the order ships. Once the order ships we can contact the courier but we cannot guarantee an address change after an order ships from our warehouse.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the product doesn't fit as expected, we will be happy to either provide you with store credit or a full refund. In order to process a return, all products need to be in the same condition that you received them in with all tags still attached.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for your return. We will provide you with an RA number and shipping address to send the item(s) to. We do not offer free return shipping so you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us for refund.
No, we do not offer free shipping on returns & exchanges. We know that this is a common service offered by many large online retailers. Unfortunately, we are not a large online retailer who can afford to pay for the cost of return shipping.
