We've been working with the same family-owned knitting factory for over ten years to produce our own line of branded toques as well as all of our custom toques in Canada.

Making toques locally is better than making them overseas for a number of reasons:

  • More sustainable - greatly decreases the shipping distance.
  • More cost-effective - low minimums.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM BEANIES?

Yes! Beanies (as they are commonly called in parts of the world) are the same as toques (the super Canadian term for beanies). So custom toques are exactly that, custom beanies.

CAN YOU HELP ME DESIGN MY CUSTOM TOQUES?

Of course! We'll help you choose the right yarn and label options, handle your logo placement and create your custom labels. We'll also send digital mockups so you can see exactly what your toques will look like before you order. If you need new artwork created, we're happy to help with that too. Hourly artwork fees will be quoted up front.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?

The minimum order quantity for custom toques is 50 toques. We can split this into two colours of the same style (25 toques of each colour). 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE A CUSTOM TOQUE?

Most custom orders take three to six weeks to produce, depending on how busy our production schedule is at the time. 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR PLACING AN ORDER?

The first step is to fill out the contact form below. Please tell us as much as you can about what you're envisioning. Once we hear from you, our team will follow up to get an idea of what you're looking for: what colours you're thinking and how you'd like to customize your toques. We will create mockups of what your toques will look like, you'll review them, we'll make any tweaks, and then we'll place the order. Your toques will arrive on your doorstep in a matter of weeks.  

WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR BRANDING MY CUSTOM TOQUES?

We have several branding options for you. The most popular option is to laser engrave faux leather. We have a wide selection of colour options to choose from. The size and shape of these labels are fully customizable as well. 

Custom woven labels or sublimated labels are a great option for bringing more colours into your custom label. Woven labels are a great option if you are looking to produce 100+ toques with the same label.

DO YOU SHIP CUSTOM TOQUES OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

Yes! We have lots of happy customers in the US wearing our toques (or beanies, as you might call them!). We follow all customs requirements, duties and tariffs for your destination country. Reach out to our team and we'll help sort out the shipping details for your order.
