CUSTOM TRUCKER HATS MADE IN CANADA

Our custom trucker hats Canada orders are produced through the same family-owned factory in British Columbia that we've partnered with for over 15 years. This long-standing relationship means that our team is involved throughout the production process. It also means faster turnaround to Canadian addresses, and CUSMA-compliant duty-free entry into the US, so a cross-border retail or team order doesn't get hit with import costs on top of production.

MADE IN NEPAL FAIR TRADE CUSTOM TRUCKER HATS

We also work with a Fair Trade factory in Nepal that allows us to fully sublimate your custom trucker hat, for those that require more customization. We work with a social enterprise that provides stable employment to marginalised communities. This is a fantastic route to take when your artwork calls for gradients, all-over patterns, or fabric colours outside of our standard lineup.

There are several ways to make your custom trucker hat your own:

Sublimation — Colour printed into the fabric itself, with no colour restrictions.

ARE CUSTOM TRUCKER HATS STRUCTURED OR UNSTRUCTURED?

Both options are available. Unstructured trucker hats have a softer front panel that takes on the shape of the wearer's head while the structured options have a foam panel which holds its shape and tends to suit embroidered logos particularly well. We can help you decide based on your design and intended use. Paired with a mesh back for airflow, it's why trucker hats have become a default uniform piece for trades, hospitality staff, and outdoor crews — not just a retail lifestyle item.

HOW DOES THE SNAPBACK CLOSURE WORK ON A CUSTOM ORDER?

Every custom snapback trucker hat uses an adjustable plastic snap closure at the back, so one size fits a full crew without needing to size each hat individually. This is a practical advantage when you're outfitting a team rather than selling to individual customers.

CAN I GET FULL SUBLIMATION ON A CUSTOM TRUCKER HAT?

Yes. Full sublimation of the front panel is available. This lets you print any colour, pattern, or image across the foam front panel with no fabric colour limitations. If your vision goes beyond what standard fabric selection can achieve, Nepal sublimation is the right route.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR CUSTOM TRUCKER HATS?

Canada production starts at 100 hats (splittable across two colourways, 50 each). Nepal production starts at 50 hats (also splittable across two colourways, 25 each).

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

Once your design is approved, Canada production typically takes 6–8 weeks and Nepal production 4–6 weeks. Nothing moves to production until you've signed off on a digital mockup and quote.

CAN I GET HELP DESIGNING MY CUSTOM TRUCKER CAP?

Yes. We provide digital mockups for every order so you can see exactly what your hat will look like before we move into production. If you need graphic design support to develop artwork, we can help with that too. Hourly artwork fees apply and are quoted upfront for design support.

DO YOU SHIP CUSTOM TRUCKER HATS OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

Yes. We ship to the US regularly, and Canada-made hats import duty-free under CUSMA. International orders outside the US are considered case by case. Please reach out and we'll sort out logistics with you.
