I absolutely love this Toque so much that I now have three! However my dog likes them just as much! I was so sad to see that on two of them the pom pom's had been devoured. After contacting Ambler they shipped replacement poms in a matter of days! And I had an extra surprise in the package too! I wish every company could treat the customer like this one does! I will recommend this product to everyone I know!!!
