We want to preserve the natural world as much as we can for future generations which is why our hats are built with sustainably sourced materials - such as organic cotton and recycled plastics. Our kids' hats are inspired by nature and designed with family adventures in mind. Our mission at Ambler is to encourage people to spend meaningful time outdoors. We believe that getting children outside will teach them to appreciate and care for their natural surroundings and foster a life-long love for adventure. Everyone who works here at Ambler is a parent and we are all focused on getting ourselves, and our kids, outside as much as possible. That's why we always begin with the kids' hat line when we start designing a new collection. We're always working to come up with new kids' designs that will inspire them to explore.

Ethically Sourced and Sustainably Made in Canada

At Ambler, everything we do is done with the intention to make a difference in the lives of the people we reach - from the makers to the wearers and everyone in between. We’ve been working with the same hat factory in British Columbia for over 15 years. We initially began making our hats locally in Canada because we required smaller quantities than were available with overseas manufacturers. As Ambler has grown, we’ve had opportunities to relocate our hat production overseas but we’ve chosen to continue the majority of our production in Canada. We believe that small businesses can make big impacts and so we’ve made conscious choices in how and where our products are produced. It’s all part of making a difference.

Our 2026 Spring Collection is here and we are happy to introduce a handful of new styles this season. These hats are designed for good times outdoors.
