Of course! We'll work together with you to help you choose the right colour, design and label options for your custom hats. We handle your logo placements and creating your custom labels.

We will also provide you with digital mockups of your custom hat designs so that you can see what your hats will look like before placing your order.

If you need help with graphic design to create new artwork for your hats, we'd be happy to help you with that too. Hourly artwork fees will be quoted if you need our assistance with this.

Embroidery is the classic look: thread stitched directly into the fabric, clean and durable. It works best for logos with defined shapes and a limited colour palette.

Sublimation prints colour directly into the fabric, which means no colour restrictions and the ability to cover the entire hat in a pattern or image. If you're not sure which is right for your design, we'll here to help you decide.

We also see lots of customers choose to use sublimation and then add a custom patch or label. For example, a small label on the back of the hat for extra branding.

The minimum order quantity for custom hats made in Canada is 100 hats. We can split this into two colours (50 hats of each colour).

The first step is to fill out the contact form above. Please tell us as much as you can about what you're envisioning. Once we hear from you, our team will follow up to get an idea of what you're looking for: what colours you're thinking and how you'd like to customise your hats. We will create mockups of what your hats will look like, you'll review them, we'll make any tweaks, and then we'll place the order. Your custom hats will arrive on your doorstep in a matter of weeks.  

Once your design is approved, production typically takes 6-8 weeks for hats made in Canada and 4-6 weeks for hats made in Nepal.

Once we start working on your project, we'll be able to give you a more specific timeline for production. During the process, we'll provide you with digital mockups and a quote for you to sign off on before anything moves into production.
