We do our best to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Hat orders ship Monday - Friday from a warehouse in Delta, BC and delivery time can take up to 7 business days. We will email you tracking info as soon as your order ships.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we will do everything we can to make that happen. Unused/unworn products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. If a product is defective, we will exchange it for a new product at no additional charge to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping on refunds, exchanges and warranties. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items. We will definitely do our best to repair any Ambler product back to good working condition. If there is a manufacturing defect, or the product didn't live up to your hopes, we'll make things right for you. If you have a well-loved hat that has seen better days we can do our best to bring it back to life. If your dog chewed up your hat (happens more than you'd think) let us know and we'll try and work some magic. The best way to start is by sending us a photo of the defective product by email to hi@amblermw.com and we'll take it from there.
