Due to recent flooding in B.C. there is a very large backlog of ground shipments waiting to leave the Vancouver area where our distribution centre is located. If you choose ground shipping for your order we cannot provide an estimated delivery date and it is possible that your order could take several weeks for delivery. We apologize for this situation but it is simply out of our control.
If you'd like guaranteed delivery in time for the holidays we recommend choosing the Express shipping option at checkout. We can't guarantee express deliveries to arrive before Dec. 24th on orders placed after Dec. 16th.
