We're sorry to hear that this wasn't the right color for the person you ordered this for. We are unable to offer free return shipping simply due to the cost of shipping. Because our hats are made here in Canada we have smaller margins than the other companies that are able to provide free returns shipping. It just simply isn't possible for us to offer this service.

If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item we will certainly correct this mistake at our expense.
