Our merino wool blend is the premium yarn choice for custom knit toques. Merino wool is a soft & cozy yarn that doesn't itch and is naturally odour-resistant.
The merino blend is offered in six colours and two custom knit patterns; thin rib and medium rib knit.
We offer a super-soft acrylic yarn for our custom knit toques that provides a great look and feel at a lower price point.
Acrylic is offered in eight colours and 2 custom knit patterns; thin rib and thick rib knit.
We've been working with the same family-owned knitting factory for over ten years to produce our own line of branded toques as well as all of our custom toques in Canada.
Making toques locally is better than making them overseas for a number of reasons:

Of course! We'll work with you to help you choose the right yarn and label options for your custom toques. We handle your logo placements and creating your custom labels.
We will also provide you with digital mockups of your designs so that you can see what your toque will look like before placing your order.
If you need help with graphic design to create new artwork for your custom toques we'd be happy to help you with that too. Hourly artwork fees will be quoted if you need our assistance with this.
We have several branding options for you. The most popular option is to laser engrave faux leather, suede or natural cork. We have a wide selection of color options to choose from in these. The minimum order quantity for laser engraved labels is only 25 per style! The size and shape of these labels are fully customizable as well.
Custom woven labels are perfect for bringing more colors into your custom label. Woven labels are a great option if you are looking to produce 100+ toques with the same label.
We also offer embroidery for custom toques.
Yes! We have lots of happy customers in the US wearing our toques (beanies as you like to call them!). Because all of our toques are made in Canada they qualify for duty free importing into the USA.
