• We Are

Jackie Brown The best part of owning a hat company for me are the relationships that I have formed with our designers, production partners and customers. It's more than just selling products. It's about the quality of life of the people making them, the quality of the materials we use and the enjoyment that people get from wearing them. It's been a sharp learning curve for me juggling my time between being a business owner and being a mom. There’s no question that raising a family and running a business offers us plenty of adventure. I'd love to hear your feedback and suggestions, jackie@amblermw.com

Christian Rawles My career with Ambler started in the warehouse packing boxes and cutting patterns. I moved through different roles over the years at Ambler until they stopped promoting me and instead offered to sell me the company. In 2009, Jackie (my wife) and I purchased Ambler and began the great adventure of running a business as a husband and wife team. I love working with Jackie and with great people all over the world to create products that our customers can enjoy outside. I test our products by chasing our two little boys around the playground and ski hill. I'd be happy to hear from you anytime, christian@amblermw.com

Eryn Willard I lead Ambler's sales and marketing efforts from my office in Maryland, where I can pursue all of my favorite outdoor activities and still be close to my family, friends and (just as importantly) the beach. I am a passionate snowboarder, climber, mountain biker, runner and hiker who brings my dog everywhere. Serving on the Board of Directors of the Outdoor Industries Women's Coalition (OIWC) since 2009, I am now serving on its executive committee as Secretary. Have a sales or marketing question? I'm your girl! eryn@amblermw.com

We Believe

We are Ambler, a family-owned company situated in the mountains of Canada. We pull inspiration from these gorgeous mountains, testing and tweaking our products to weather any element.

It all began in the fall of 1995 with ten styles of handmade fleece hats and a local craft fair. Today, our intent remains the same – to make quality products for our friends to enjoy. We’ve perfected fit, function and design with our friends in mind…whether we’ve met them yet or not.

We are rooted in collaboration, adventure and a celebration of the unique. But we want to do more than just make great stuff. We want to make a positive impact in the lives of those making it, the ones wearing it, and everyone in between.
